The SAH99 heavy-duty incremental encoder features lightning strike, overvoltage, overcurrent, and surge protection. Its rugged housing with IP67 rating prevents contamination from dust and liquids. Models for hazardous environments are ATEX certified. Maximum pulses per revolution (PPR) reach 10,000 PPR. Dual output modules are available, featuring dual scanning sensors and two electrically isolated electronic circuits. This dual output signal can be used for two independent systems with different functions or to obtain redundant signals. Hollow shaft secured with axial screws. Shaft sizes: Ø12 mm, Ø16 mm, and Ø17 mm tapered shafts. Insulated PEEK shaft sleeves prevent bearing interference from shaft currents. Torque brackets are available in multiple orientations for securing the torque arm.
